I'm just going to go over this real quick: Don't attack if you only control one creature!
In the early phases of the game, the player that gets damaged immediately in the quickest time possible is going to have a hard time catching up, especially because that player is going to have to consider both his life total and the things he/she would have to do to tip the balance in his favor; unless you're playing a white-colored deck, then go ahead.
What I'm trying to say is, if you're going to attack, leave one creature with Flying or Reach, or at most First Strike to prepare for what your opponents might do.
That would be all.
