The sun was dawning in the ancient land of Theros, and the warriors of Boros are preparing for an all-out attack by the wild creaturs of the underworld. It all began when the messangers sent out by Khal-Jharad was ambushed on their way to the peace-treaty of Izzet-Selsnya. They were sent there to send word that Khal-Jharad would not be able to sign their peace-treaty as he was too busy attending to some matters in the front in the northern battlefield. But before the messangers ( a group of 2 warriors and 1 priest) reached the meeting place, they were ambushed by viashino berserkers. A warrior named Aquil survived, but barely can see. He forced his way back to Boros and reported what he experienced to the right hand of Khal-Jharad, Anax, Hero of Akros.
